The layer in_usace_projects.shp was obtained via e-mail from JD Ennis at USACE. One attribute field called "STATE" was removed from the attribute table, because all values were set to "Indiana." The layer was then exported to a new layer, reprojected from Indiana State Plane West, NAD83 coordinates to UTM Zone 16 North, NAD83 coordinates, and renamed to Project_Areas_USACE_LakeRim.shp using ArcMap version 9.3.
